@@Anglefusion most people don't like their aesthetic if we be honest. Tim and his aesthetic look too much like rapper and thug wannabe. Dude.....same here. That is so crazy that it's not just me. The past couple of years my taste in shapes has shifted tremendously due to that Hauch sig, Abasi concepts, and the headless Kiesel/Ibanez models. Would have despised that stuff years prior.
I am also taking a serious shining to that Black Paul Gilbert Fireman myself as well 😮 looks awesome! 🤘🏻 and Paul plays like total madman so it can definitely stand up to anything I’ll be throwing at it! 🤭 the slide magnet thing is a cool little bonus! Not that I know how to use one properly yet ! But just sayin ! 😄 I may have just found my next guitar 🎸
That dude from SOAD is a doofus lol watch some of his interviews from like 15-20 years ago...its hilarious how seriously he took and takes himself for someone who is a mediocre guitar player
woah I'm early! just bought a made in USA ESP thanks to you getting me addicted to esps haha, any pickup recommendations if I don't like the stock emgs?
Anything by Bare Knuckle pickups are🤘🏻 out of any of the after market pickups me or my buddies have used in various guitars ( besides EMG of course because you already have a set of them ) they were 😮 damn good sounding. That being said do a little bit of research on the type of sound you personally are after overall and consider what type of playing you usually do and pick one of the BK’s that sound like what your after. Like if you’re a blues guy don’t get Warpigs, Nailbomb, Ragnarok ( brutal Metal but awesome if you mostly play that style) or Juggernaut (those are my personal favourite and the ones I’ve heard the most , really love those 🤘🏻a lot not quite as hard sounding as the other two but still tons of punch 🥊 just crank up the gain and distortion pedal a bit and run more Volume 🔊 and they sound 🤘🏻✨👌🏻or at least I think they do 😄but that’s a personal thing I’d say as well ) or something like that made mostly for Metal/ Hard Rock. I’m Not sure about their more blues type ones ( the Mule sounds great to me in the demo video’s I’ve watched for blues style playing ) but I’ve never personally tried them so someone else may know more about that type. I do also hear good things about some of the Fishman’s as well. I’ve also always liked almost any of the Seymore Duncan’s I’ve used or played through on other people’s guitars over the years ( I’ve been playing for about 38 years now and mostly play Metal / Hard Rock or higher solo type single note runs etc over top of heavy chugging rhythms ) Most of the dudes I know switched stocker’s to EMG 81/ 85 sets ( like Zakk Wylde’s signature set) or something close to those as far as Les Paul type guitars. Note : give this a shot…Before you buy Anything! Try adjusting your pickup to string height gap measurements on both pickups ! It can definitely alter the sound a fair amount! It’s Free.99 to do and you might not even need to get new ones ( you’re running EMG’s right now and they’re usually pretty good pickups I think, but I guess it depends on the model they are and style you play as well ) would be nice if you can just alter the sound to something closer to what you are after with what you already have in there. 🤔Just a thought 🙂💭
I had an Ibanez ic500 for about 7 years and loved it to hell but it was very uncomfortable to play and eventually let go of it for two reasons. 1. It would always dip, headstock down, whenever I would stand and not hold the neck. (I didn't mind this too much) 2. The shape the body would just dig in to my chest under my left pec and leave me uncomfortable for a few days. (This was the deal breaker)
What do you mean? Thanks, Darren malakian? The Iceman wouldn't exist if it wasn't for Paul Stanley. I guess Malakian was YOUR influence, but he came to the party super late, and likely picked it up bc of Stanley.
The fact you said "sure?" to the slide magnet proves you're not a Paul Gilbert fan 😂 Also I'd much rather they'd make 24 fret models in the AZ Essentials series with roasted maple necks as a standard, including a 7string model. Other lesser known companies are putting them to shame in specs when it comes to more affordable ($400-$700 price range) models.
With Ibanez it is a love hate relationship for me. They are the easiest and most comfortable guitars I ever played, but I really don't like the looks of most of them.
I love my import guitars, I love my Ibanez and I love the iceman too but I can’t get down with anything made in China. All that country makes is Alibaba and Wal Mart products.
‘Tree of Death’? Really? I try to make a point of not joining internet hate dogpiles, but really? Seven strings and a ‘tree of death’? Jebuz, give me strength.
slider at hand wherever you go, that is brilliant.
Not a fan of Tim Henson but I have to admit his signature guitars are great looking
agreed
Not tryna disagree or be rude or anything but can i just ask why you dislike him?
@@Anglefusion Polyphia's music can be a bit difficult to listen to imo.

Daron was also my introduction to the Iceman. It just fit with Systems wild music, plus that custom paintjob he had was sick.
Fr though
When i see an iceman. I always think off paul stanley. He is the first one that pops into my mind
tim henson 7 string looks so cool!
That Fireman is ridiculously amazing. I want it. I want it bad....
I got my hands on an iceman, I love it
Ibanez going so hard !
Your content keeps getting better.
Keep up the good work.
Ibanez rocks in each guitar!
The ATZ300 is pretty amazing and that was released this year. I was able to snag one, amazing guitar
i like the non-floating az prestige with rosewood board, but it may have came out in 2023 i can't remember. and the fireman is awesome!!!
The Tim Henson Ibanez 7 is so pretty
Wooo Daron Malakian ❤❤
Almost got the Tim Henson 7 string, but got a used Tim miller made in Japan 7 string for same price! Couldn’t pass up premium pricing on a prestige!
I FREAKING LOVE SEEING TIM'S GUITARS BEING BROUGHT UP ❤
I didn’t like the iceman’s until I saw Wes Hauch’s custom Iceman from the LA custom shop 🤤🤤🤤

@ same, I have strats and les Paul’s, but I randomly got a Strandberg bodin this year and I play that one 80% of the time 🤷🏻♂️
Tim Henson signatures look absolutely sick, but not as sick as the Fireman and magnetic slide 😂 Merry Christmas everyone!

The fireman was the best out of all
the fireman is the ugliest guitar i ve ever seen
@ ok🙌
Hey, Pig Champion(R.I.P.) of the almighty POISON IDEA played one!!!🤘🏼🤘🏼
Iceman for me is always Paul Stanley and J Yuenger.
seconding that paul stanley

@EnigmaticAnamoly agreed, i know, but didn't say anything because of the SOAD trolls.
Still need to make a Daron Malakian signature model
I’ve had my eye on that blue iceman and tuxedo fireman! You have good taste! Guys, has he covered the multicolor/chamelon S or RG?
How do you get these things?
woah I'm early! just bought a made in USA ESP thanks to you getting me addicted to esps haha, any pickup recommendations if I don't like the stock emgs?
also: i love the icemen shape
fishman fluence is very popular right now so probably check it out.

Hey agufish do you have any good 70s style flying v kits to suggest because I want to make a custom flying v but can't find any
I just wish they would bring back the destroyer
i agree
Iceman rules
I'd have to respectfully disagree with not including the AZ47P1QM in the best of the year. Its an incredible guitar.
Fireman is f*cking sick
My Wildmaster has the same hook but shorter.
I would have got the fireman a month ago if it included a hard case
Iceman IC Weiner
I need Ibanez to make an Iceman in left handed so bad
Thanks Paul Stanley to iceman shape
Paul Stanley is the original Ice Man guitar player 🤘🤘
Daron Malakian?? i think you meant Paul Stanley from KISS
🤷🏼♂️RG series

Nah, the limited edition rdg prestige seven string with fishmans and Evertune.
Iceman reminds me of the other dragonforce guitarist
Every time I see an iceman I think of tom g warrior

DAARON MALAKIAN MENTIONED
Icemun
Why bother getting a standard scale length 7 string? Multi scale is the way to go when it comes to more than 6 strings.
Day 52 of asking for a review of the Yamaha Pacifica 611
Tim 7 string???😮 I guess you're wrong man
Day 53? Of asking for a review of the Yamaha Pacifica 611

"Tim" Henson lmfao
that's his name yeah💀
‘Tree of Death’?
Really? I try to make a point of not joining internet hate dogpiles, but really? Seven strings and a ‘tree of death’? Jebuz, give me strength.
yeah it's a twist on the tree of life inlay from Steve Vai's sigs
Make the Tim Henson/Scott Lepage signatures left handed you cowards!
I guess the other Paul wasn’t worth the mention? 🤷♂️
Tim henson is lowk overrated af
nah
Goddamn. Why did I sell mine? Oh yeah, it was a pos.
Tim over here making everyone question their sexuality
