Running my 1st marathon (Boston Virtual) in 2 weeks. Did my longest run yesterday. You look in better shape than I was towards the end. Lol My running group has a whole event planned and water stations will be set up. I'm nervous but just going to do what I can. Better to try and fail than not try at all.
Done my longest yet today 13.10 miles which I believe is a half Marathon, this time last year I was 7st heavier and never ran so really proud of myself. Keep going with your training, you’re doing amazing x
Everything about this is 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 when you can run that far you can start having more fun, adventures and see places you otherwise wouldn’t. that’s before you even start looking at the brilliant choices you’ve obviously made. Keep up with your journey!!
Absolutely amazing Sarah, well done! I'm currently trying to complete a 40 minute non-stop run - not bad since I was in a wheelchair only 3 years ago! You got this! x
Training for a HM under 2 hours, which is shaving off 20 minutes from my previous time. Never thought to use different shoes for speed sessions, must consider doing that!
I started running for good last year and achieved my longest run last week (13k). My goal is to run a half marathon next year. Good Lucky with your training. Great contents as always
Congrats on reaching 30k, a nice milestone on the way to the marathon. Before you know it, 30k will be the kind of distance you just do on a random Sunday because you feel like it...
I'm seven weeks into training to run my first 5k ever. So far I feel like I'm on my way to enjoy it more rather than just gasping for air the whole time! Congrats on your 30k! I hope I'll get there as well!
Haha. “Morning” just rolls off the tongue so much easier than “Afternoon”. I use “Morning” as a greeting until about 1pm, then just politely nod at people as I pass them. Good luck with the marathon! 😊
Got so emotional watching you finish that run. You’ve inspired me to plan a marathon for myself. I ran my first half in August and thought at the time, never doing double that 🤣, but it’s the best motivator having something to aim for. Brilliant series Sarah xx
Great to hear you've enjoyed the series Faith. If you're thinking of doing a marathon, there is a training plan on our website that you might appreciate. therunningchannel.com/download-portal/
Working toward my first half. Had my "longest run ever" today too. 18 k. Ended up pushing sub HM goal pace in the last 5 km to get a feel for how it would be to "finish strong" in the race. Felt great!
For half marathons I run negative splits, I start slower and gradually speed up to end strong. I use Garmin’s PacePro so it takes into account elevation as well. The nice thing is that you get to mid race quite fresh and only the last 1/3 is very hard, but by then you’re close to the finish. The problem is that you have to be very precise with your objective, if you overestimate even a bit, you’ll probably bomb at the end. I haven’t run more than 24 Km so I don’t know if this would work for a marathon though 😅 .
Well done Sarah! My tip (I've done 9 marathons) is to write down a plan of exactly what you will eat and what you will wear on marathon day and the 2 days prior. Make this plan out at least a week before the race. Otherwise you will find yourself in a last day panic about food (am I eating enough?) and clothes (should I get a new pair of shoes?). The temptation will be very strong to try something new because it worked for someone else. Don't over-stretch or over-foam roll. Expect to feel strange phantom pains to come out of nowhere.
Way to go Sarah! Always great when the long run comes together. I have learned with time and over a dozen marathons that sometimes they suck and that is okay. Where I live went back to state of emergency so I will not be travelling to participate in my scheduled marathon, but I will run it myself here and just treat is as another long run and spare my legs a bit. My taper advice… taper ! Don’t let yourself be tempted to do more !
I'm working toward my first half marathon, a distance I never thought I would run. I'm both looking forward to and somewhat wary of those long runs leading up to the race. Love following on with your journey and hearing what you've learned as you get closer to your race. Thanks for sharing your experiences along the way! You've got this.
Congratulations! Support is so important. This year, on my way to 50k, my girlfriend has been with me on the bike and it has made a huge difference. Also, following a plan for the first time, I learned that whatever the distance or time to run, the last part always seems to be hard. Meaning that the last 5 minutes of a 5k or the last 5k of a 25k run always has a little bit of drama in it, even if my pace is almost always steady. The longer the distance, the later it happens. Good luck with tapering and your marathon.
Well done! I watched this today while recovering from my own longest pre-marathon training run (32km, yesterday) so your timing is excellent :) Yorkshire marathon in 3 weeks ... Good luck in Amsterdam!
I'm so proud of how well you're doing!! I have less than 3 weeks before my first half and I'm definitely utilising the 3 goals tactic! 1st: under 2h, 2nd: under 2:10, and 3rd: just finish the damn thing!
What do you say? Well, the old man who passed the writing old man yesterday, just looked at me and gave me a thumbs up and a smile and it felt great and I ran my fastest easiest easy run ever
Well done on the long run and good luck with your upcoming marathon. It looked warm out but your pace and effort looked very even. I always say "howdy" to people. I don't have to think what time it is. Just doing a lot of 5K / 10K training right now but will bump up the mileage a bit for the upcoming half marathon season. Enjoyed the video and thanks for taking me along.
Training for my first trail ultra in December, doing lots of hill training and just starting the dreaded long runs, 20 miles tomorrow with lots of walking..
I'm just getting back into running after a 4 year "break". I ran cross-country in high school, and my plan was just to focus on running 5ks (since that's what I ran in cross-country) and maybe a few 10ks, but thanks to you guys, I now have running a marathon on my bucket list. Good luck Sarah, you've been an inspiration to me and I'm sure many others!
Awesome run, Sarah!! You brighten the day for all of us who are working towards tough goals whether it is 3 minutes, 3K or 30K. Kudos on the progress you have made and your ability to keep us motivated :-)
Go Sarah! I'm currently training for a trail Marathon in the Breacon Beacons this October. Then running the length of Haidrian's Wall in November over 3 days. Good luck with the rest of your training!
Yes Sarah, brilliant. I was shocked when my comment came up on the screen 😂. I'm currently on week 2 of my taper and my advice is stick to the taper plan! By week two you'll feel great and it's so tempting to run faster and longer than the plan but don't! Save yourself for race day!
Welcome to the club! An ultra runner said "Running isn't fun until it's easy", and it's so true. Once you get into a routine and get some slightly longer and/or faster runs under your belt, your "easy" runs will honestly be a joy.
Great series Sarah! My goal is to complete a half marathon sub 2hrs. I have never run a half as a race but hit 2:11ish in training. Right now I am doing some unstructured training. Just getting some miles in. Your video are inspiring. Thank you!
Same here - I've incorporated virtual HM "races" into my marathon training with 2:10-2:12 completion times, but never actually run one at race pace. This will be a goal for me next year (too late for this year): first to break 2:05 (sub 6 min/km), then eventually sub 2 hour. Maintaining 5:40/k pace for 21k seems daunting to me at the moment!
You absolutely annihilated that long run Sarah, well done! Your mood and strength I always admire, I’m super happy you achieved your 30k dreams (I knew you could do it). I’m far from running a marathon - I have commented on previous videos that I struggle with autoimmune diseases that relapse and remiss. Last year I was running a 10k practically every day and walking at least ten miles on top of that. This year, the fatigue and pain has really been kicking my butt and I’ve barely run at all, which has been suffocating my soul. Today, for the first time in a long while, I did a run. It was very easy pace, and only just over three miles, but I managed it in under 30 minutes which I was ok with. I’m hoping that this is a sign from my body that now is the time to start running lightly again, beginning to rebuild the strength I worked so hard for. I know today wasn’t very long, but for me, it was like my soul was flying. Thank you so much everyone at TRC for keeping me sane, motivated and letting me live vicariously through you when I can’t run myself. I can’t wait to see what’s next for you Sarah 🌻
Back in the military it was expected for you to give the "good morning" "good afternoon" and "good evening" it is an old habit for me now. Good job on the long run. I did a marathon a few weeks ago now I have another one in 7 weeks so no after goals just to be continued.
Relatively new runner here, my goal is to increase my mileage without injury so that I can safely run to work several days a week. Very impressed by your progression Sarah!
I was always wondering how people run to work! May I ask you about it? Do you have all your working clothes, towel and toiletries in your locker or something like that or do you need to carry everything with you on you run?? Is it normal in your country for workplaces to have showers?
Well done Sarah, training for my 3rd marathon on November 13th and it never gets easier! Your videos are helping me not to feel alone seeing all the comments from others going through the same journey, cheers
Currently on my comeback from pregnancy. Although bubs is now 21 months so I'm not sure how long I can keep saying that! I was working towards 100 half marathons pre-baby, and I've got race no. 70 coming up in October 🤞🏻
Keep it up, you’re doing amazing. As for my own goal, 5k in 35 minutes not setting the world alight but for a 45 year old who only started running about a year ago it’s a big one for me! Good luck, you got this 💪🏻🏃♀️
@Ismael no, it’s on the 10th! And thank you, that’s amazing 👏🏻👏🏻 I’m currently off long runs and being seen by a physio 🤞🏻🤞🏻 Good luck with your half!! You got this too 😁😁
I love this series! Thank you for taking us along with you. I hope to train for my first full marathon next year. This is helping me get mentally prepared for it. 😁
Great job on the 30k! It's a great feeling when you realise you can do it and you should try to translate it to the marathon as well. We're usually capable of more than we think. As for taper, with 3 marathons behind me I still haven't quite figured it out. All I can say is for me the usual 3 week taper feels way too long, something in the range of 10-14 days seems better, and I'm even less sure what intensity is right for me during taper. Trial and error with marathons takes a while. Oh and don't be on your feet the whole day the day before the marathon :)
Recovering from an knee injury at the moment - that'll teach me to avoid S&C whilst still pushing for PBs. I'm new to the Running Channel but it's been a godsend to keeping me inspired while I have to avoid running. All your presenting styles are amazing - and it's so refreshing to listen to 'normal' people ... who eat custard creams and sometimes really can't be bothered leaving the house! Thank you 😊
Can I ask what is the beautiful red running top Sarah is wearing In the begining, I think had birds on? I'm training for my 3rd Marathon in 8 weeks time. With a goal of completing a 100km next May 😊🏃🏼♀️ Good luck Sarah 🍀
Hey Sarah! Great job. I'm also training for my first marathon. Last week my longest distance I've ever run was 24k. What you said in the video was exactly what I was saying...."I feel great in the beginning but then in the end hurts and the questions come and I've also had thoughts that I won't manage running the actual marathon." Thank you for all your tips! They are helpful.
I have wonderful friends at my gym. None of them are training for a marathon but they have come to help me through several long runs. We did 16 miles last weekend. Between 3 of them, I didn’t do any of it on my own! It helps that I am very slow and my pace is a little over a walk for some of them. Post marathon, I would like to work on speed. I would like to do a 5K in under 30 minutes. My fastest was 31.
Sarah you ROCK! It has been awesome to watch you! You are truly an inspiration and you have come so far. I have come down with Covid and my first marathon was supposed to happen at the end of October. However, we will see how quickly I bounce back, as I might not be well enough come race day. Best of luck to you!
I would have loved to have my own support crew yesterday when I did my longest run so far, 36k. Most of the time I really enjoy running on my own but I knew it was going to be hard, and it was. My first marathon is coming up in three weeks and I ran 33k two weeks ago and decided to do one more long run to be on the safe side. It worked out perfectly when it came to fuelling and pace. But it was extremely boring. On the other hand: I did it, and when I’m running the marathon on the 16th next month I will have lots of company 😀
Training for my first (two!) half marathons, and your channel has been so helpful! And I've loved following Sarah's journey as I continue my own. I'm hoping in a year or two I'll be running my first marathon!
So impressed by all your prep the day before your long run! I’m in med school rn and trying to train for a half and I feel like I’m just cramming in runs wherever I find time at this point… I can’t even imagine running 30k you are doing amazing!!
Well done Sarah ..brilliant , just started getting back into running after being ill , and loving every minute ...good luck with the rest of the marathon training
Great video. Good reminder to keep on top of S&C which I’m guilty of not doing. As I prefer ultra distance I have found I’ve been using marathons as training days
I am doing my first half marathon at the end of October, I did a 15km run today in 1:23:23 so I am getting there, I have used loads of tips from this channel, so sending you a thank you and good luck all the way from sunny South Africa!
I’ve got my final long run (37kms) tomorrow before the Yorkshire marathon which will be my first one. Thanks for all the tips and positivity over the last few months 🙂
Just completed my first sub hour 10k a couple hours back! My feet got sore briefly but it's definitely a great feeling to accomplish a goal I've had! Way to go on completing your 30k Sarah! The final stretch beckons 👏🏃
Well done on the 30k. Such a good feeling knowing that you can run that far and still have something left. I ran this route myself (downs link) a few weeks back for my longest run, it’s a perfect route for the long run 👍
Fantastic video yet again! I am currently training for a half marathon after having a horrible run of injuries early this year and this whole series has been a great motivator and I've added some of the training activities to my program as well. Thanks Sarah!
Great running Sarah, I still getting my legs back from Great North Run but planning for the Inverness half March and hopefully the proper GNR course in September. Loved the video and has altered my mind to get back in the gym and do some strength training to help with my running. Keep up the good work and good luck for Amsterdam, you got this 🏃♀️🏃♂️🥇
Thanks for all these videos! They helped me keep up my motivation along my training for my first official marathon in Stockholm last saturday. Race day was tough! I went for a sub 4h time thinking I wasn't probably going to pull it off, having had a bit of flu and aches recently. My attitude was that since I didn't know, I might as well go for it for as long as I can. I can't say I enjoyed much of the last 1.5 hours, but I pushed and fought and finished in 3.57 and I'm really happy about it! Cheers from Helsinki and best of luck for Amsterdam!
Go Sarah! Cheering you on here in the States! Also, I totally agree about what you mentioned re: good morning vs good afternoon. I agree that afternoon sounds fancy so I always just say hi. Glad someone else feels this way. :) Best of luck at Amsterdam!
OMG Anna you reduced me to a blubbering wreck!!! You're amazing and you did your best and that's all you can do! I'm sat in a London hotel after having to defer to 2022 due to injury. Loved spectating yesterday and your video has definitely inspired me to get myself fit and ready to have another attempt next year! Amazing video, thank you so much!!!! 🙌🙏😍
As a running novice,I came across this channel to get running tips and looking forward to more videos.I hope to run my first marathon in the near future as well. Best of luck,
Congrats on your pre marathon test! You are very inspiring as i have never run a marathon before but I dream of doing one before I turn 70 in 3 yrs! Not sure it is possible but that is my goal. The tips you shared are awesome to work towards my dream goal. My best wishes to you on your first marathon run this weekend. I am pretty sure you will excel on that run. Looking forward to hear about it in your post marathon video on this channel.
Great video. Feeling every step with you as someone who's ill and can't run at the moment. The point about good morning is so true! I tend to go with good morning anyway regardless of the time of day!
I just started doing cross country for my high school and it was the best decision I have ever made in my life. I have been watching all of your videos and you guys are so inspiring! I just went sub 21 in my 5k yesterday and I am hoping to break 20 minutes before the season ends in a few weeks. Keep up the good work! You are going to kill it in your marathon!
Training for my first marathon, too! So much to learn, but working up to the longer distance has been fun, and even more fun has been finding this channel! Eagerly look forward to the videos you all put out. Thanks so much!! And good luck to you, Sarah, in Amsterdam!
WOW!! Much respect Sarah. Great tip on having a buddy to cycle with you. This makes my goals of trying to stay injury free as i go for running a PB 5k look tiny. Go Sarah, cant wait to see you smash the marathon.
I love watching you train, Sarah. I am training for a half next month, but I am living vicariously through your marathon journey. Thanks for all the realness. BTW, I've been running in Mizunos since high school. I've never even had a blister! Edit: Did anyone else start singing Frozen when Sarah said "into the unknown"?
Currently following the Running Channels 16weeks program and I'm on week 14 😣 nerves are starting to kick inn but so far I'm pretty excited and feeling good. Working towards a sub 4marathon for my very first Marathon!
My friend and I talk about the “good morning” , “good afternoon” dilemma all the time! Ha ha. “Hi” is what we say, but it isn’t as satisfying as “ good morning” 😀. Also, 5:49/km pace! You are amazing! I have run lots of 1/2’s but never a marathon. You are so inspiring !!
4 weeks to go for me till my first ever half. Did 10 miles today but struggled with cramp. Was upset with myself but come away learning something, in this case i need to hydrate more beforehand! Even a bad run can do you good if you learn from it and I'd rather have one in training and get it right on the day! You are smashing it Sarah keep it up!
3-4 year goal of doing Racing the Planet Atacama Desert 250km 7 day stage ultra. Couch to half marathon from start this year with a trail 1/2 marathon in Dec. as a checkpoint. Currently on course for 2:30-2:40. My longest run was 18km yesterday which was hardish but I did it. You inspire me to keep it up.
Currently working on recovery from a knee injury to run my first ever Half Marathon!!! A few days before I get the all clear from physio, just eager to get back running.
Well done! I'm currently doing only crosstraining in whatever way my back allows, running is a no no for now. Hoping to get back to running as soon as possible where I'll be pretty much starting from zero. All of which depends on wheter I need a surgery or not. So a lot of conditioning in my future. These videos definitely keep my motivation going.
I’ve always been jogging and stayed in shape. But last year I started running longer and now I can run for 2 hours. But I just came across you channel and I never realized that there are so many people who share this extreme high adrenaline hobbie. But seeing ur videos has given me inspiration. Good luck on your journey btw!
Loving this series! I just started building up to my first marathon as well, which'll happen in April. Just came back from a small injury so I am giving myself plenty of time for this. I can't even think of any post marathon goals yet - perhaps to eat the best pizza my town has to offer? :)
The training plan really pays off Sarah. Well done. I have not run anything beyond HM. 30km seems daunting. To do it under 2:55 with "more in the tank"... that's amazing 👏.
Working towards my second 50k ultra in March fundraising for volunteer work abroad next summer! Weird getting back into the process of it, but glad I’ve done this once before so I won’t make the same mistakes twice
Great job. I’ve really enjoyed following along with your marathon prep from St. Louis. It brings back memories of my one marathon. I’m starting training now for another one next year. Can’t wait to see your actual marathon report.
Bravo Sarah! Thanks for the inspiration. Coincidentally, I ran my longest run today too. I am preparing for my first half marathon in early October. I won’t lie, miles 9-12 were challenging but spotting a friend gave me motivation to finish strong.
I just finished my 32K long run last sunday without running during weekdays due to bad weather and it was hard for me the last 2K. But feel contented for my progress. Love to follow your training sarah. 😊
Finally just watched this one. Yay! I'm training with you vicariously. You're killing it and I can see the Marathon spirit taking place in you. Just so you know, where I run we say "Hey y'all," or at least I do.
It is great to follow you on this journey Sarah, it gives me a lot of motivation ! Training for Paris 20k in 3 weeks… and yes, planning your route is most important ! Today, a 17k trail run became a 7k struggle to get back to the car as I got lost in brambles, because there was no trail left. 😩 I’ll do my long run in the city, where it is less nice… but where there are streets ! 😅 Love these shoes, they seem really great !
I am training for my First Half Marathon! I am very nervous but more excited! I always stretch and foam roll after tong runs and wear compression socks. It helps so much with recovery the next day! Good luck in your training you are doing an amazing Job!!! Love from Tampa Florida USA 🇺🇸
Amazing! Nice job! I finished my last "long" long run yesterday.. 33.6 KM as I'm also preparing for the Amsterdam Marathon! Looking forward to seeing you there at the start and good luck with the last weeks of the taper ;) those trainers look fast!
Great run Sarah! Well done, keep it up and come race day, you'll do so well. Something that has helped me for marathon and ultra training is 1) for the "unknown" territory, treat it as what you would do for any other training session and push forward and 2) practice walking on the long runs

Very nice! Just keep at it!!
I am so glad you brought up the 'morning' 'afternoon' thing! Saying afternoon makes you sound like you're in a 40s period drama.
Haha. “Morning” just rolls off the tongue so much easier than “Afternoon”. I use “Morning” as a greeting until about 1pm, then just politely nod at people as I pass them. Good luck with the marathon! 😊
Yes, I was going to also say that I use "good morning" well into the afternoon - mostly because I run forever and have no clue what time it is. Haha!
Thanks Stuart!
I realized the other day I don't know how to say anything other than "morning" while running. It turns out I'm a very awkward afternoon runner.
I am a fan of smiling and doing a little hand wave.

Just recently started running, so I’m working on getting comfortable with it for now
Welcome to the club!
You'll find the occasion of a race will really spur you on. Let us know how your training goes!
Brilliant job, Sarah, both in the running and in the presenting. This is a great series of videos for the channel.
The RunCommute is an underrated pleasure. Running past the bus you used get, what a feeling!
Love watching your marathon journey! I'm trying to get back into running after an extended hiatus 🙈 keep up the good work!!
Keep it up, you’re doing amazing. As for my own goal, 5k in 35 minutes not setting the world alight but for a 45 year old who only started running about a year ago it’s a big one for me! Good luck, you got this 💪🏻🏃♀️
I'm 29 and i can't do that yet either 😂
You're so inspiring Sarah!! Currently struggling with a runner's knee, two weeks before my half! Wish me luck xx
@Ismael no, it’s on the 10th! And thank you, that’s amazing 👏🏻👏🏻 I’m currently off long runs and being seen by a physio 🤞🏻🤞🏻
Good luck with your half!! You got this too 😁😁
Huge coincidence! I just did my longest run this season too, and it was also 30km 😁 although your page was faster, great job powering through!
Nice! Just keep at it!
I've loved watching this series, as I am right there with you training for my first marathon! Keep up the good work.
Perfect timing! Thank you, Sarah! I am doing my longest run tomorrow - also about 30 km - so this really helped to calm my anxiety! ❤
Great stuff Andreta, hopefully this video helps you.
I love this series! Thank you for taking us along with you. I hope to train for my first full marathon next year. This is helping me get mentally prepared for it. 😁
Thanks for the support Amy, it means a lot to hear from so many people about their own running journeys.
Thanks for the advice, the bit about not being on your feet all day before the marathon is a great shout.
Great work Lara. We have a few videos in our archives on how to improve your 5K time, you should have a look.
There's no friends like gym friends, that's awesome! Good luck in your training and race!
Sarah you ROCK! It has been awesome to watch you! You are truly an inspiration and you have come so far. I have come down with Covid and my first marathon was supposed to happen at the end of October. However, we will see how quickly I bounce back, as I might not be well enough come race day. Best of luck to you!
Thanks McKinley, we’re sure you’ll bounce back harder and better than before!
@@runningchannel Thank you for your kind words! You guys are awesome!
I'm training for my first half marathon race with other people around, looking forward to break the 90 min. My HM PR is 95 min in virtual race.
Nice!
So impressed by all your prep the day before your long run! I’m in med school rn and trying to train for a half and I feel like I’m just cramming in runs wherever I find time at this point… I can’t even imagine running 30k you are doing amazing!!
Thanks Hannah, we hope you're training is going well.
Great to hear Stacy and thanks for the support!
I’ve got my final long run (37kms) tomorrow before the Yorkshire marathon which will be my first one. Thanks for all the tips and positivity over the last few months 🙂
Best of luck to you too Adam.
Thanks Steve, overcoming the mental hurdle of the distance has been a great relief.
Thank you! And good morning to you in the States! ;-)
Best of luck,
I am training for my first half marathon on October 23rd. Ten mile, hard pace, long run in the morning. I love your posts!
Way to go! It’s videos like these that inspire me to get out and run better, farther, faster. Looking forward to the next update!
Awesome! Thank you!
Thanks for all your tips! I am in the middle of marathon training also. Best of luck!
Thank you! Where is your half marathon taking place?
So happy for you! Keep pushing!!!
Way to go, Sarah! You are doing really well - and inspiring many others on your journey to your FIRST marathon!
Currently working on recovery from a knee injury to run my first ever Half Marathon!!! A few days before I get the all clear from physio, just eager to get back running.
You’re doing great!!!! I am contemplating my first marathon. Watching you has been great inspiration!!
That’s really great! I just started to train for my first marathon in January. This is inspiring. Good luck on your upcoming race.
Thanks Ken, great to hear our videos are inspiring people to get out there an run!
I've just started my running journey, and I've booked onto my first 10k early next year! Best of luck on your journey! 🏃♀️
You got this! Thanks for the input and suggestions! Very helpful
Such a positive attitude and incredible focus!! Keep it up, Sarah! You are going to be awesome in Amsterdam!
Thanks Steve, we'll have the final episode of Sarah's journey at the end of the month so make sure you've hit subscribe so you don't miss out!
Training for a marathon and these videos always inspire me and keep me going, keep up the good work Sarah!!!
Cheers! Great to hear you are finding them useful.
I’m following the same plan on week 7! The S&C is unreal can’t say how much it helped me………. Keep going!!! ✊🏿✊🏿
Thanks for the support Martin.
Bravo Sarah! Thanks for the inspiration. Coincidentally, I ran my longest run today too. I am preparing for my first half marathon in early October. I won’t lie, miles 9-12 were challenging but spotting a friend gave me motivation to finish strong.
All the best, it is great to see and learn from your journey
Love these shoes, they seem really great !
Love following along as you train!
Yea!! You shared my tip for the podcasts. Will have to check out your list.
Thanks Cormac, always keen to hear about new pods.
Great advice Denny, thank you!
