Transom replacement on my Macgregor 26D

In this video, I finish cutting the transom off, remove the old rotten wood, sand the affected areas down, and put everything back together. It was an entire week of sheer pain, in which I wore a hazmat suit for around 8 hours but managed to get it done.
It's not professional, so please don't think I'm trying to teach you something. Just sit back and enjoy around 8 minutes of me as I sand, grind, bind, and curse.
Maybe next time, I'll do it with my shirt off... though I'd probably lose some followers and I really hope there won't ever be a next time.

Never had a problem only used 9.8 hp motor bought boat new in 1999 I would have worked from the inside.

Inside the lazarette? That seems like an extremely uncomfortable place to work. Working from the outside was fine, honestly. I saw the damage, repaired any issues, and sealed it up just fine, without having to work in the coffin :D

Hah! I'm trying to get this thing ready for a world trip, which I'll never use it for. The fixture is an Led stern light. The stock one I ripped off trying to pull myself up with!
