The starting point for a lot of the decks I run come from Japan, mostly twitter posted lists and youtube ones. Japan already figured out a huge chunk of the good stuff so there is no reason to start from square one. When it comes to tech cards and ratios that really comes down to local meta. What am I seeing more if and does that match up feel harder thab others? Then I'll look at options that I can play that either help that match up without hurting the other match ups I expect to see.
