I’m 34 and my amh level is 0.89. I did ivf and it was a success in 1st round (fresh embryo). I’m due in June 2023. Feeling very lucky 😊

I'm wondering; does AMH necessarily go down rapidly after 41 or does it depend on other factors like lifestyle? I'm 42. 1 year ago when I was 41, I had my AMH tested. It was 2,4. I had one ivf cycle 1 month ago. 10 eggs, 6 embryos, but only 3 embryos were viable. 2 transferred fresh but didn't survive. 1 embryo turned into what they told me is a beautiful blastocyst and is now in cryostorage. I don't have a partner so this is the reason for ivf. I'm using donor sperm. My 2 transferred embryos died. I wonder if my lifestyle can improve or negatively impact my AMH. I'm hoping to afford another ivf this year.

The amh assay in that range is not very accurate. You can see dramatic fluctuations. Probably doesn't mean much
Hi Doctor. My AMH at 40 years and 9 months was 1.95. My first frozen embryo transfer failed (2 embryos). We have one embryo left, but instead of transfering it, we'd rather do a second cycle to hopefully get more embryos and have 2 transfered. Now I'm 41 and 4 months. Please let us know your thoughts. Your videos and professional advise have been so important in our process. Thanks!

I am 36 and my AMH is 6.32ng/dl. I have 2 healthy children 9 and almost 5. I have had atleast 10 biochemical pregnancies and 2 PUL with the last treated with methotrexate. They could never find the embryos. My tubes are clear as I had an HSG in April and uterus is normal anteverted. All my labs are normal. I just want one more baby.

This is quite discouraging actually. And you don't even mention the chances for women aged 30 or lower. I am 28 and my AMH level is currently 0.2. It has decreased rapidly from 0.8 to 0.2 in a year. Also doing IVF for almost a year now, with 4 failed embryo transfers. I hope it will be successful so much.

Good day Doc,please help me,I have been following ur videos but when I try sending a message it's doe's go,please I have very painful menstrual cramps, just on the right side of my Abdomin, the pains are just unbearable I followed ur program and with the help of clomid I took in,thinking the pains can reduce after birth, but just 2months after I gave birth,the pain came back again, for now am always trying to take some pain killers and injections to help relieve the pains, please am dying, help me please 😢

How much success can a 40 year old have for a live birth at AMH of 2.42 after one spontaneous miscarriage (natural conception)? BMI is normal, would like to conceive naturally.
Hi, I just had my amh tested last month and it was 1.5 and I'm 42 years old. Started trying to conceive last month and this month it worked. I did take
CoQ10 though not sure if it helped and I used the ovulation test strips. Good luck.
AMH has not been shown to be a good predictor of pregnancy in people without infertility who are trying on their own
Hi !! Im 28yrs old and my AMH level 5.17... and I have irregular periods.. like naturally I only have 1-2periods every 1.5yrs. What are my chances of pregnancy if I chose to do Clomid or Letrozole ? I've been trying on my own for 1.5yrs now and haven't gotten pregnant.
Infrequent periods means infrequent or absent ovulation. Generally, fertility meds work well for this group of people
@@InfertilityTV with my AMH being high will I still have a better chance or a lower chance even with fertility meds ?
May Amh is 0.175 is possible for ivf age 40

Hey doc I am confused. At 39 my amh was 3.45 and at 40 its now 5.68. I haven not been taking any vitamins. Do you think the test was done wrong??
There is a certain amount of biologic variability and variability with the test. Both values are in the same "range"
My AMH is excellent for my age but my eggs are poor quality. Quantity does not equal quality! You can have lots of useless eggs!
What is your amh and why do you think the quality is bad? I don't no measurement in p/mol but only ng/ml.
Exactly.. I spoke to the best regarded fertility doctor in my city a few years ago when I was considering egg freezing and she said the same. Quality is not measured by AMH. All my sisters how low AMH and got pregnant quickly, it's not just about the number of eggs particularly if you are still getting your period.

32 years here, 5 IVFS. Each retrival only ONE or max two eggs reproved. My amh is 0.1. Same as my AFC. It sucks. I asked this before, but do you think my eggs will "run out" by latest end of this year? Should I exhaust my body with more ivf until I get pregnant? My husband isn't in tje country much so we can't try naturally for more than 2 months at a time. I had one natural ectopic pregnancy that ended in removing one fallopian tube and, my guess is, damaging my ovary on that side. My amh was the same before the ectopic though.

IVF does not cause AMH to drop
