The purpose of the tapioca starch is to obtain a thicken consistency. I have never used corn starch in place of the tapioca starch. I have researched and read about Ahu on Guampedia. It explains the history behind Ahu. Something worth reading and perhaps that'll be a new video for me to experiment using corn starch. Thank you for watching and for your support!
