Never, that wouldn't be fair, the legal system must be applied equally. Both parties must face the law and judged accordingly. If the says that they must be deported then that what must be done. But not just say they must be deported without having gone through the court.
A brbe-giver and a bribe-taker are both guilty before the court of law. If they got their documents illegally, there is nothing they can do. They are going back home as Dr. Motsoaledi has said. To seek legal counsel is just to waste time, energy, and money.The whistle-blowers are the ones who are on the safe side. People must not be misled. The law in SA is slow, but it's biting.
Absolutely correct, but they still have right to a fair legal process and therefore a legal counsel would help them navigate the situation. Definitely the officials will get their lawyers ready to defend them and so the victims should be given the chance to have their own lawyers as well right.
