What if Heihachi's OTGF launched in Tekken 8?

For the duration of Tekken 7, Heihachi's OTGF was considered his best and highest damage launcher.
I was also told that OTGF didn't launch to begin with in Tekken 7 and later got changed to launch. Perhaps the same could happen in Tekken 8?
