Yup, all of these come to town billionaires got plans for colorand it is not good for the people of Colorado.Maybe for the rich but not for the people.
Yeah right look at how long it's taking them to do a couple blocks off the 16th Street Mall a project like that would take these people 60 years to complete
We’ll have to build a brand new, billion dollar facility on the taxpayer’s dime so the ultra rich land barons, I mean sh*tty job creators, can suck up our ‘paychecks’ even faster, right? The one thing we can all agree on is that billionaires don’t have enough of our money. This project is great solution to fix that problem.🤑 Then we can transfer more of our wealth to non-locals with the football field. Doesn’t it feel good to make billionaires richer? Our politicians seem to think so.
Ahhhh, more room and sleeping spots for the homeless. Will be nicer and comfier as well as more hiding spots for doing *rugs. Will be an outside open air toilet in no time!
I love how the only thing republicans can do now is be self hating trash 😅 y'all hate your country, and the people who live here. Just move to Russia already, they hate freedom of speech and books there.
@@terrishaw203 You mean like the open space (park) that is very clearly part of this project as opposed to the expanse of useless concrete we have now?
Affordable...yeah right. More overpriced "luxury" housing, overpriced restaurants, etc
A whopping 1800 affordable housing units! Neat!
I'm all for it but I suspect that their idea of affordable won't be the same as most other peoples idea of affordable.
Love it! It’s insane how much prime real estate downtown is just asphalt that does nothing almost 100% of the time.
This is going to be a greed filled disaster.

What's the plan for the event center then; close it down due to low attendance? Or will there be a parking structure?
Do ball arena not river mile. The parking lots are a waste of space but elitch gardens gives character to Denver

That's one way to increase the cost of leaving when the cost of living is already outrageously high
Hope it’s affordable housing
Won’t be affordable at all
Welcome to los angeles 2.0. A flood plains where water can't find anywhere to flow to. But they're gonna do it.
New places for Mayor Mikes newcomers.

Not sure what you have against rugs, but you sound like a really fun joyful person to be around !
Oh yes by all means let's make everything inhospitable then
More area for homeless encampments. MAKE COLORADO RED AGAIN.

So you prefer inhospitable environments to nice ones? Nothing shared can be good?
If you don't vote Trump this year it won't matter.

Why so you never seem to care about parking and road problems this type of project might cause
Building housing on top of train stations and nearby destinations is not the problem. The problem is single family homes on the outskirts of the city.
The whole purpose of this project is to reduce dependency on cars.
@L0LrevneD In theory, that's what it is. But in reality, it will be a flood plane.Water has no place to go. I noticed you all don't like open spaces.

Welcome to Cal-orado
Tax and tax again. We are working hard to turn it into a shi* hole
