Line changing Blinkers are to give signal to the vehicle behind or the vehicle you just overtaken and cross into their line.
In this case the Driver doing way higher speed than other vehicles so No one gonna tailgate or follow him.
So, Not getting any advantages from that procedure. At same time he can concentrate more on his Tunnel vision!
