To stay in their country, one has to work a remote job and even work towards opening up a business there. There are Passport Bros. that have remote jobs and earn U.S. and European currencies and are financially well off in their selective countries that they are staying in because the cost of living is so inexpensive. The cost of a Condominium in an area of the Philippines went for $400 dollars a month and was just as luxurious as one in Manhattan, NY that would go for $4000 dollars a month!
TH-camr Jay from the BlackFilipinoTV interviewed a brother who was married to a Filipina and they opened up a lemonade stand in a mall and generated over $100,000 dollars in a year over there in the Philippines! That women was not only a wife, but a help mate as well. Unfortunately, the women over here want things in a hurry with no effort and expect the man to have EVERYTHING when they meet them. They don't want the fighter unless he already won the heavyweight championship. They don't want the racer until he made first place at the finish line. You get the picture brother.

My wife is Filipino. We have been married for over 20 years. The failure, most foreigners don't talk to the women running out of the gate. You have to inform them of your limitations, in terms of your do's and dont's from the start. Never assume anything. 🇵🇭

I have lived both countries, and my advice is ..have your wives lived in the USA for a short period of time to deeply emerge and understand your culture.
Otherwise cultural difference will occur and may cause friction between you and her.
In my case , when my husband brought me to see and experience Washington DC his hometown where he was raised and grew upwith; it was then i deeply understand why he thinks and feels this/that way......
Seeing and experiencing each others culture,hometown, each others family and relatives in person would definitley help your wives understand you more their husbands.
Cultural differences are real.
Many Expats and Filipina i knew got divorce because of this cultural differences.
But of course do not let them stay longer than 10 years, they will end marrying their good paying jobs .
