class, but you need to do the balancing of the rotor otherwise the work is empty, because it can shake the bearings. But still great. I did not replace the rotor, but rewound it, this is a real repair. Well done.
Very good video, we are grateful for it! But I have a question: Grease escaping from the gearbox into the rotor, engine housing, etc. Do you have any idea what the reason might be?
@@zana3587 I think the gear on the motor shaft is "twisted" the same way it rotates so the grease is forced out of the gear housing by the rotation. I did this by placing a washer made of 0.5mm Temasil on the motor shaft between the bearing and the felt disc. The new washer rotates with the shaft on which it sits tightly. But the outer diameter should be slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the bearing. So the situation has improved a lot. Maybe a thicker felt can be good. The cutting disc sometimes loosens. Can a soft start help with this?

You are brilliant. Any chance of seeing a repair of Parkside Jigsaw pstda 18-li a1. I’ve taken the cover off because the blade arm wouldn’t go up and down and I can’t see where a spring should go??? Kompass are useless and unable to help..... can you?
