It’s been 2 years since Kevin passed away, and I still never got over it. He was very important to my childhood and no one could ever take his place. There are many great Batman voice actors and actors who played Batman so well in live action, no doubt about that, but to me personally, Kevin Conroy will always be Batman.
From my favorite TV show of all time, to my favorite video game of all time, to my favorite adaptations of the DC Universe, Kevin Conroy was always there and he never failed to impress me ever. Glad I wasn't too late in the Conroy era of Batman. The first time I indulged in Batman media that Kevin voiced in was in the Batman Arkham games. And even before that I decided to binge watch the first season of TAS on Netflix, and ever since I fell in love with Kevin and his version of Batman. Sadly by that point I heard that he was battling against cancer right before Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League came out and he lost... Another reason I wish I grew up in the 90s instead of the 2010s...

Kevin will always be my Batman as well. My favorite moment of his was in the TAS episode where he teams up with the Grey Ghost (voiced by Adam West) to stop a serial bomber. These two Bat-icons playing together in such an emotional episode will always be my favorite 20 minutes of TV.
Ok while I have no love for the game and quite frankly the sooner it's gone the better but as of the recent update we learned that we are able to save the justice league more like one member for each update granted they may be from different universes but I have no doubt that the batman we will be able to save went through the same events that our batman went through while he won't be our batman at least our universe will once again have a batman Regardless we miss you Kevin R.I.P
