My! How things have changed. Wish they'd had a pool when I was there. 2700+ students. My dad worked for the city. He bought a new 3 bedroom off of Olive on Masline (just under 10K). Clear days like this on were rare. about a dozen per year. When I joined the Army I was sent over seas, and wound up on guard duty close to the ocean. It was then I saw how nice, and blue the sky was, and how good the air tasted. That stuck with me, and when I returned and was discharged I stuck around for a couple years and raised enough cash to leave. I never went back except to visit my folks. It's been years since I saw the place, and realize I miss it about like I miss cancer. Thanks for the chopper ride.
