Thanks for the video, I have the same tick noise at idle, figured in was in the valve train. Is there no valve adjustment on these engines? You just tighten the rockers down?
Basically, the adjustment is the pre-load of the hydraulic valve lifter. A bit like setting tappets, rotate the engine so that the valves are closed, and tighten the rocker adjustment until the pushrod can just be rotated with your fingers and there is no up and down movement
