I m watching ur video now, and what I got from the conversation with her family in Wuhan, the govt. gave them 3 times salary if the people didn't travel to their home cities n villages for new year festival..and also free tickets for entertainment so they don't miss their family on new year. Wow! That's a great initiative to stop people from travelling... that is the reason, they could stop the cases so much and recovered.
