Thanks for the final thoughts. It sounds exciting and fun. I'm a solo gamer so this probably isn't for me. I like the look/play of the Kinfire Delve trilogy which will be arriving this Friday. I can't wait to play.
Great review of a great game! We finished the campaign a bit ago and are now playing Oathsworn, it's good also but I do miss parts of Kinfire. The way Kinfire kept the story mode fresh by constantly changing by such a simple mechanism of drawing colored cards was great. Drawing chits kept everyone involved as did the boost cards. I loved how quick the setup and playtime was for Kinfire too. We played with Feyn the bard, Roland and Asha. Each character was fun and helpful in different ways. We missed a few sidequests, and didn't play back through the full campaign again, but thought the overall length of the entire game was pretty good. Seems all campaign games get a bit long in the tooth (Oathsworn is starting to drag a bit also). I do look forward to a sequel to Night's Fall though. The Delve series has been fun little co-op puzzle, but miss the story part from the main game.
