With having to cut up the runner so much you might as well get yourself an old blender from a second hand store like the Salvation Army or Goodwill for example and just use it for that to practically Shred the plastic runners
So many questions: How much sprue do you use? How much "thinner" are you adding? What is in the other bottles that you added? If it is more sprue, why? How do you get the melted sprue into the mold? With a one sided mold, how do you get the back details made? Where can someone get the material to make the molds? This info would be helpful.

For molding I used Oyumaru, and for the printing material I used a sprue runner soaked in thinner. I cut the process because the perfect soaking takes 2-3 hours depending on the number of pieces and how to cut it, the smaller the faster. and the disadvantage of this method is that the mold drying takes 2 - 5 days but the advantages of using this can be easier to form and can use cement.
