Yoga is based on Science.. remember Greeks etc went to India to learn science maths in fact hundreds of English words and gothic /Victorian architecture came from India. ⭐️

The real question is "Why do you and others totally distort what is factually Hindu/Yoga and taught by Hindus"? Kripalu was disgraced by its founder and continues to disgrace real Yoga. Shame on you!

I lived in the area during the time that the Kripalu community was greatly troubled by the actions of its leader. Some people, including their founder, Amrit Desai, left the community at this point. Others, like Stephen, stayed and faced the painful realization that the person you so admired let you down in a massive way. They then took the time to revision a community that was true to themselves. No shame in this. I have immense admiration for many in this community who found their own truth and share their knowledge with others. This may not be your truth, and I can appreciate that, but unless you walk in Stephen's shoes, It seems to me to be out of place to judge him (and Kripalu) harshly. Stephen's teachings, and his person, feel authentic and extremely true to experience. I don't understand it all, but I do greatly appreciate it.

@@ellenbroderick8537 in other words, Kripalu went from one deception to another. The fact remains that (like "Kripalu") the Sankrit/Hindu word "yoga" is all about the Hindu religion. Denying the Hindu/Yoga connection is simply dishonest.
