I love making white chicken chilli! I don't think it's really a common dish here in the UK, but someone shared the Natasha's Kitchen recipe with me and I love it!
A tip regarding the garlic slice it, then use the flat part of your knife put some sea salt and move the flat part of the knife backwards and forwards and that helps make the garlic into a paste which is easier when using it for chilli or soup or stew either way
