Screw collet clamping 3

Turn green nut to clamp brown tube (workpiece) via blue spring steel collet (double taper expansion collet).
The gap between the collet and the tube hole is intentionally increased for easy understanding.

That's great. How do you define contact between parts? In autodesk simulation when I put contact between parts,they don't act correctly. Thanks

The simulation for 3D Contacts is unsuccessful if the number of contact points is too large. So, avoid defining 3D Contact for surface contacts.
In this video two rings are attached to the white and pink cones. They represent the cones in the 3D Contacts between the cones and the blue collet i.e. the surface contact is replaced with the linear contact.
