Think it is working if you still have evaluation license, mean not expired yet, stop ntp sync, so system will not calculate time, but if it is expired this will not work, i tried and did not work.
not working for me. Everytime I reboot, it resets the time back to current time even though it's set to manual and ntp sync disabled. Do you know if the vm is trying to sync to the clock of the Eve-ng server?

After factory rest getting same licence issue.... issue not resolved.
