From Memory the corvette Ben fitted a chev tank to a Buick it is small search his videos think he made it work. Go to a industry chemical supplier and by 20 Gallon of oven grill clean and use it in the tank wash it out good afterwards

Could vinegar save the tank
I’m not sure I haven’t looked into it I assumed it was junk
