What an interpretation! Delicate, slightly fast (in a good way), tender, almost perfect! Love how you seemed to bring out all those innner melodies. This sounds like how I think Chopin would have played it himself.
I don’t know at all, but for a concert I think it’s an excellent choice. Number 3 is, well, to be blunt, the weakest of the three, at least as far as listeners are concerned. Best to embrace it then with two gorgeous little gems, and let’s let that tear in their eye from #2 be what they remember the most😊
I hate people who, right at the end of the piece, before everyone claps and before the panists lifts the hammers, makes a giant SNIFFFFFF with their nose. Come on dude. Who cares if you're congested. Great playing.
These three little known etudes are wonderful.
0:00 No.1
2:17 No.3
4:05 No.2
Played beautifully, and excellent sound. Thanks for posting.

3:00 love to see him enjoying that section
Glorious playing; glorious piano.
Beautiful!
Encantador 🥰
Adorable.
Beautiful but in my sense just a little bit to loud
Does anyone know why Maestro Lortie performed them in this order?

The first edition (Schlesinger) gives this order
@@maciejskrzeczkowski Ahhh. It appears that Chopin's music always seemed to vary ever so slightly between different editions.

Great playing.
Errati i minutaggi e l'ordine , prima fa minore, poi re bemolle ed infine lo studio in la bemolle....
