Hi Mam, specifically in these types of questions it is no where mentioned that he needs my advice. So will it be a proper pattern to say that "you need my advice" or we can say like "I have heard that you are bla bla bla and I think I can advice you on that".

Learn the templates nicely and speak the templates first for a few times, then start adding your response. Hope it will help you. Try this way 😊
