Here’s your tips for the day:
You can turn off auto-assign to terminal for vehicles and staff in their respective menus. It’s a yellow box with a ATC tower icon.
To increase staff happiness, place vending machines in the staff rooms. I’m not sure if they actually use them, but having vending machines in the staff rooms increase their happiness and increases the speed that they regenerate energy. Also, have more staff rooms. You should place them around where staff most frequent (baggage bays, check in areas with manual desks, aircraft stands with manual boarding desks, etc.). I find it’s better to have lots of small staff rooms then have a few large ones.
And finally, the supersonic planes added in the Supersonic DLC require a small belt loader, despite the planes themselves using large stands.

More great tips! Thanks! I guess I didn't look too hard for a way to turn off auto-assign. That's going to be helpful. Probably a good idea with the smaller break rooms. I pretty much just never think about my staff aside from their numbers, though. :P
Thanks for the heads up on the curveball. I do have the DLC downloaded. I'm not sure if any of those planes have shown up yet but I'll throw a small belt loader into Terminal C.
