A lot of people say deciduous when they mean broadleaf.
You got a sharp eye! Yes you are right - we included these as they showed their ramification nicely. In fact it depends on the variety of hibiscus whether or not the leaves drop or not - tropical hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis for example) are evergreen where som others (Hibiscus spp.) are deciduous.
Whatever tree that is at 1:07 is outstanding. Man the ramification on that tree is amazing! Anyone know the species?

The first one at the left 2:57 is the style I’m trying, only a beginner but I love it got about 25, learnt a bit and how therapeutic it is. Will they be good in 4 years? I’m over the moon with bonsai now. Quality video marvellous trees.

These are various shows around the world (mostly Asia, Europe and the US)
No idea how one would go about repotting some of those Bonsai Forests. Or do you just treat it like it's one tree?
In most cases, indeed you maintain the forest as if it were one tree.

Pretty sure a lot of those are dead
