Why people on reality shows always cry and emphasize how poor they are last time... what no money to buy food, must walk to school etc. Always the same script one 🙄
Even before the comments by the prospective buyers, I find that Claire, like most Singaporeans, speaks a little too fast. Even I myself try to keep up with what she’s saying. Especially when doing a sales pitch or explaining things to another person, you need to slow down for the other person to firstly hear what you’re saying, whilst at the same time, giving them time to slowly digest word for word, what you are saying. Nadiyah has a more warm and friendly approach and took a little bit more time to connect with the potential buyers, thereby giving them time to absorb what she was saying. Shawn knows his numbers, maybe that’s why he was leaning towards being too technical with the potential buyers, instead of forming a bond with their answers to his questions. Charlyn speaks slowly and clearly, easy enough to grasp and understand!
We need Season 2! I just finished watching the first episode, and I've already learned so much. It's great to have mentors and clients providing feedback on our presentations. The real estate industry definitely needs 'Home Run' Season 2!
I am looking around real estate tours in Southeast Asia and then I saw this episode! I am happy that this real estate company is also doing really estate tours but I hope you made it ALL of Southeast Asian countires.
Claire pls stop using the word “actually” in most of ur sentences..use the word sparingly. I always notice thes in some singaporeans… not everything has to be emphasized with an actually😮💨
I hope Claire gets it but Nadiyah did that dance move which could be the turning point, can't wait for the next episode. Supporting all da way from Hong Kong!!!!!😄😃😀😁

That's a great show! 👍🏻
Thanks for the kind words!
Actually looks quite staged. Got client want to be videoed when viewing house 1 meh
I didn't like the way Claire said she got the best property for Pedro. His wife, Lily, is also the buyer as well...

What rubbish is this? Too much marketing budget?
$15,000 in property credits is so cheap 🤣
Wow these realtors are very young
