I mostly order from Sideshow, Onesixthkit and even Bigbadtoystore (mostly in the past). I only preordered from Pop Collectibles once - the InArt Gandalf. Didn’t have any problems.
As a newer collector, I was able to get several figures from Pop Collectibles that were sold out/waitlisted on Sideshow. All arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I recently ordered something from Pop that was also available on Sideshow but Pop had it for a lower price. I think with shipping it ended up being the same so that is something to be aware of.
The shipping is too high, plus you can't call them. You can only email, but I can get sold out figures from China by ebay cheaper and free shipping or low shipping.
I just ordered a fig and it’s preorder and it says it releases on august and does pop collectibles send you an email for the shipping this is all new to me
I say no , i ordered a figure Wonder Women collector edition , they never sent figure and will not refund money , they clam they sent a delivery date and never received an email so buy at your own risk
Pop Collectables is hit or miss. I've had good experiences and bad ones. My last transaction I had to call my bank for a chargeback because they wouldn't ship the figure and they Ghosted me. Wouldn't answer my emails. I'm glad this order went well for you but proceed with caution. Also the Brown Hot Toys shippers are a sideshow thing. In Asia Hot Toys doesn't sell the figures in their stores with shippers unless it's a diecast figure like an Iron Man or other non standard figure.
Yeah I mean I always caution buyer beware, if you have a good experience keep ordering but the minute things get sketchy find something more reputable.
They are screwing me over for $1200 on 2 figures that they have not shipped yet (and been fully paid). They ignore my messages and give me placeholder responses that don't answer any of my concerns. Stay away from them at all costs.
Can confirm. Dealt with this as well. Eventually gave up, and moved on. AVOID! Figures released and never received any emails for shipping or anything. Edit: ill add that its been nearly 2 years as well...
That's happening to me right now i already pre ordered and paid in full for Spider-Man 2099 and Miles Morales, i've received my Spider-Man 2099 but now ive just received an email from Pop Collectibles saying my Miles Morales is ready to ship but they want me to send them my address and other details and then they sent me an invoice for a totally different price for what ive already paid for both of them.

Ordered INART Superman through pop collectibles. Fingers crossed but I think I’m gonna stick with Spec Fiction or 1/6 Kit for future INART orders

So would you say your order from pop Collectibles was good, and would you say you order from them again if you ever want a collectible figure?
Honestly I would, to each is own though and I can’t speak for everyone’s experience but I think it’s worth a shot
