Simple Minecraft Creeper Farm - 1500+ Gunpowder per Hr

Creeper Farms are just magic to me, it seems so weird that you can force spawn them en mass like this. Farm works great, I built three levels and put it between two sugar cane farms for infinite rockets.Farming for like an hour gives me 2 stacks of tier 3 rockets.

This farm wont work very well unless you light up all the caves under it. As creepers spawn in the caves instead of the farm. For better results build it 120 blocks up in the sky, and then AFK 20 blocks above it, creepers can only spawn in the farm then.

you just need to be ~128 blocks above where the bottom most creeper will be, so in actuality it will work well because the 128 sphere where mobs can spawn will not go down to cave level, also if you build it up higher less mobs will spawn because mobs favor being lower.
