Waste of Millions of dollars. Made things higher priced for people. Roads have been in horrible disrepair for years with Deep pot holes. You say City invested millions in this park. Correction: The city took tax payers money from us and invested into this project against the wishes of Many people. I'm sure Ron Payne got kickbacks from building it. Most don't like it as of right now! I don't care what you say. The truth is the truth. They cut down many beautiful trees, ruined the quaintness and charm of the river-park and made this synthetic, concrete place with ugly trees that cost over a million dollars just for the trees. They also had to hire policemen to watch it. More tax payers money wasted. Ron Payne you ruined Owensboro. You are Evil.
