On the Feast of the Divine Mercy, there are beautiful connections on the Divine Mercy and the Flame of Love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary to ponder.
"Jesus, I Trust in You" from the Divine Mercy echoes the 2 Pillars of the Flame of Love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary which is FAITH & CONFIDENCE. From the Spiritual Diary of Elizabeth Kidelmann- p.148 "The Lord Jesus told me that He had just given me, with wonderful strength, the grace of faith and confidence, because without these two virtues, no other virtues can take root in either me, or in any other soul. That is the fundamental pillar of this great and Holy Cause, the only way it can be ignited."
Another observation, note that the Divine Mercy from the Diary states "St. Faustina wrote (Diary entry 1804):
If the angels were capable of envy, they would envy us for two things: one is the receiving of Holy Communion, and the other is suffering." This is expressed in The Unity Prayer Jesus gave to Elizabeth Kindelmann.
