I love this so much. Competition in toy companies are so beneficial for the consumer. For the past year I have seen people on Jada Toys pages and groups clamoring for Darkstalkers, and now Storm Collectibles announce this among their 1:12 scale for a similar Jada price point. Amazing. I can't wait for Storm to drop DarkStalkers and SF Alpha. I could care less about the other lines but im sure people are hyped.
Im BEYOND happy with this, specially Darkstalkers, I hope it doesn't take them YEARS to release cause Storm is very slow with their releases. Morrigan, Felicia, Rikuo, Q-Bee, B.B.Hood, Hsien-Ko and Lilith are my faves. Meanwhile Mai Shiranui, King, Athena, Mature, Shermie and Vice are on my KoF whishlist, Rose, Chun Li Alpha, Cody, Nash Cammy Alpha and the dolls are on my SFA list... (the list kept getting bigger as I wrote everything I need help xD)
Pyron, B.B. Hood, and Talbian are my most anticipated figures. I'm so glad someone listened and decided to take a chance on DS. I know they justvputvout a Morrigan but there's just something off about the portraits. Not feeling that or the diaper crotch region. Hopefully that's rectified for the Arena line.
I am SO happy I held off on the Tunshi Studios Terry, now we're getting a whole KOF line, cant wait to see their Terry, Kyo, Geese and whatever else they give us. Good to see Darkstalkers get some love and I will always take more Street Fighter in this scale, and the alpha designs are gorgeous. The only other one i could have asked for is TEKKEN, i would have loved to see their take on some of the classic designs since SHF is focused on T8 as of now. Cant wait to see all this stuff next year!!!
The Tunshi Studios Terry always looked off to me. And after seeing the price on BBTS, no thank you. TEKKEN could and should be the next IP revealed, that would be EPIC.
Are they going to COMPLETE these lines? They've been going at their 8 inch lines for over a decade and completed non of them. Some series only has 2-3 fighters from each game. Meanwhile Jada's focused on their SFII line and gonna complete it in about 3 years.
They'll release 2 figures in 2 years just to throw a spanner in the works for Jada. I love Storm, but I hate their lack of devotion to fans and their money.
Spreading thinner on the existing lines, Storm as usual sigh.. I'm invested in the main line (personally have no interested in the Arena scale), which means the waiting on releases will take even longer.. And we're still waiting on mainstays in the USF2 line like Vega, Dhalsim, etc.
I get it, there are some figures coming to their Collectibles line i know won't come to Arena. Collecting both may be costly, but either way their main line is PEAK
They may be pumping out 7" KOF figures, but once interested fans are hooked and invested in the line, they'll slow down and release one a year if lucky.
While I am EXTREMELY excited for this I’m going to have to call cap on “blowing this recent Tunshi Terry out of the water” because that figure is AMAZING. I have it and it is legitimately PERFECT and EASILY in my top 10 for this year. That figure was meticulously thought out and produced fall of it to work PERFECTLY together in sync. That’s with the soft goods and articulation etc it is literally that dang good. Time will tell the tale but as of right now that’s pretty high bar that’s been set and I do not foresee it being so easily upstaged. Unless one owns that Tunshi Terry release or has actually had a chance to fiddle with it in hand for a while, you can’t really speak on it let alone gage it on a hope.
Good news! Tunshi Studios just revealed their Orochii and Omega figures, they look good. You're right, I don't have the figure so I can't speak on it. I just watched a review of the figure and yeah its good. Especially for being an officially licensed product. There's a lot of factors to consider but ultimately $100 vs $25 - 60 figure is the bottom line. If Storm releasing a figure with the same amount of accessories, then the water will be blown! I personally see Storm Arena out selling Tunshi when it comes to KOF. Popularity aside, the price range for Storm Arena will be more enticing than Tunshi. Now there's no doubt Tunshi has the better quality and soft goods, but I think their target audience are the big fans of the series. Casual fans will mostly like get Storm Arena.
Im 50/50 Im excited for 6 inch Baki to finally scale with my other figures. I’m bummed that I invested in there 7 inch line. I’m wondering about the Hajime no Ippo if they will be 6 inch or 7 inch scale.

@@cha1184420 I didn’t know about the demand for a Darkstalker line from Jada.
Makes sense Storm decided to step up!🐸☕️
@@MtnArtsReviews yea ive asked Juhn about it on a stream before and so have others. I see it all over Jada fan social media groups and on Jada's IG.
Can’t wait - will only take Storm 25 years to finish a roster.

@@LuMartinez001 I hope all of those come and I’m shocked by all the love DarkStalkers is getting!🤌🏼
Hope Kengan Ashura come soon
Storm "making" me collect 2 Baki lines now. 😂. I'm stoked!!!!!
There's no way they're continuing both scales
haha there's actually three!
I think Storm Arena will grow into it's own thing and will dominate.
@@MtnArtsReviews as long as we get Pickle, Biscuit, Jack, and Retsu, I'll be happy. Of course just release them all.
I'll buy Juri, Mai, and Morrigan again in 6 inch form.

Yooo! Let's gooo!
We're going to see a bunch of rerelease of their existing lines. And I can't wait.
Im thinking it will be similar to SHF and how they have different sizes for the same mold

Just can’t wait. No one couldn’t make accurate face of characters from street fighter except storm collectible.
We're about to experience something evolutionary 🙂
This may not be my most popular opinion, but I think Jada could do a much better job with Darkstalkers.
THE SOFT GOODS😭😭😭
Holy crap!
Looks like I don't have to get the big Darkstalkers anymore.

It's hard to say right now, but I agree where you're coming from. SFA3 has a massive roster of characters

I don't believe it will take long. Their KoF line is doing great right now and I think that's a preview to what's to come with Storm Arena.
i hope they release morrigan again in this line :v
i really wanted to buy the one they have alreaady but its too big
@@DomitriCervantes I feel the same! Morrigan will definitely be released, if not the first figure then the second
Im in on the king of fighter 98
