Bahut se ias ips milenge jo apne job se satisfy nhi hote bas dekhne me accha lagta hai, ek time ke bad lonely and boring life ho jati hai because many reason like thik cadre na milne se, political presure, no social life, frequent transfer, wife's job, children education.
But aaj tak koi irs khojne me nhi milega jo kahe ki wah apni job enjoy nhi kar pa rha hai.
It is unsung truth that irs is most satisfying govt. job in india.
If you become IRS you can see Neo liberalism world (corporate world), You can see how the economy runs, you can stay in the big cities of your own choice even you stay max. 8 to 14 years in metro cities because the transfer policy of the irs is one of the best.
If your wife is in central service job or corporate job, then the IRS will be the only job for you in which you can stay in a same station which is not possible in IAS, IPS Especially for the first 14-15 years when frequent transfers every year because IAS IPS apointed by the Centre but they work under State Govt.
