it is incredible how the knowledge of mr reid can change my perception of music
Rufus Reid as always - a fabulous musician, a wonderful teacher and a great human being. He is a wonderful inspiration for jazz. Those of us who have interacted with him in person can feel especially blessed.
I agree. He was my combo teacher during two Aebersold Jazz Workshop sessions at the U. of Louisville and I loved it.

I play vibes. Had the opportunity of learning in Rufus combo class in one of Jamey Abersold workshop. I was so inspired that I kept on playing.
Rufus!! Please come to Vegas and give a workshop!! We are lacking bass skills here... We keep missing!! know Rabbath from various workshops abroad.
