The khawarij , they appear in times of disunity.
They did not appear in Syria, Iraq, and other countries except when there was disunity and discord in these lands. Similarly, the earlier Khawarij movement began to pup up after the murder of caliph Uthman, radiyallahu anhu, an incident that stirred up disruption and disagreement among the Prophet’s Companions.
The Khawarij do not hold the scholars and people of knowledge in high esteem if their opinions do not conform with theirs.
They consider the most intelligent amongst them to be the one who has spent the most time in acquiring the most recent events and views. As for the Qur'an, the Sunnah and the teachings of scholars, they have no interest in them nor do they invest time in pursuing them.
They consider themselves more knowledgeable than Ali, ibn Abbas, and the rest of the Companions. Sadly, they have caused the Companions a great deal of trouble and harm.
Moreover, they treated the scholars from the generation after the Companions in a similar manner. For example, they criticized Hasan Al-Basri when he opposed the followers of ibn Al-Ash’ath as they attempted to rebel against the tyrannical ruler, Hajjaj. When the Khawarij perceived Hasan Al-Basri’s disagreement with their misguidance and falsehood, they slandered him by saying: “Should we obey this infidel?”

Why are you lying, give me evidence this is happening in adghanistan and taliban are supporting kufr, don't compare them with other muslim countries and leaders. Give evidence for your accusations.
May allah guide them and us all, we should keep them in our dua, that is what most of us can do.
If you are a student of knowledge upon the correct aqeedah and manhaj of the salaf consider travelling there and teaching the people. Complaining about who rules them does not help, teaching the people does as it means the next ruler to come is from those who are learnt.

I have a question, bukhari collected the hadiths from sahabis according to most sunnis but that makes no sense because bukhari came more than 100 years after the prophets death, please elaborate.
Hadiths were already recorded, bukhari compiled them into a single collection where he structured them into books and volumes for easier referencing. Alhamdulilah our religion is preserved.
Imama Bukhari just compiled the authentic narrationsA the hadiths always existed during the time of the companions!
