When I was still in cebu,then subrang traffic from cebu city until talisay abot pa gali sa minglanilla,(that was early 90s pa gali,how much more sa late 90s until now),then one time when I was commuting by bus from the city to argao dugay kaayo nsirog ang bus kay bumper to bumper ang mga sakyanan,nasod sa ako hunahuna nga puydi man gyud siguro mag buhat ug laing karsada unya adto sa bungtud mag agi.kay ang south road mostly coastal man.and now mahitabo na gyud.ug kinsa ning project kay pinoy ba or duterte administration, it doesn't matter.what matter is it will help a lot for the smooth flow of traffic sa south ug north.

Dinhe sa expressway kinahanglan walay mag balay 20 meters away from the road kay kung dili mag impose ug policy sa pagamit sa highway mapuno ang kilid ug mga shanties tindahan payag ug daghan muparking tricycle, jeep truch ug wala pa 10 years clogged up na ang expressway labi na kay 2 lanes lng each side ug wala parking bays. Ang EDSA gani with 6 lanes each side busy na kaayo. Kuralon dapat ang sides sa highway 20 meters away ug may mag patrol

Hopefully they won't allow squatter structures on the sides but convert this into beautiful landscapes.... Gasoline stations and restos maybe and have promenades.
Naga can improve this with resorts and flower gardens like Sirao in Busay...
