    Yes! I completely agree with you. Totally 100%. There are even 5 min, 10 min yoga nidra meditation out there. They are best for a short relaxing breaks on busy days. 😊

    Thank you. 🙏🏻 I just received my fibromyalgia diagnosis. After being super healthy and vibrant for most of my life, these changes in my body have been a challenge. As a yoga teacher, I appreciate the reminder to do yoga nidra-I need to do it more often! New sub here 💖
