Wrong. Here is step by step. Hold power button. Then when the turn off/emergency screen appears tap and hold the screen for 10 seconds then let go then put it back on the charger and factory reset it it says easy as that. Make sure it’s on the charger while this happens.

@@Imdakybando if you updated to the newer watch OS version you have to press the power off button in the top right hand corner of the SOS screen(do not slide to turn off) then hold the crown and connect to power source to reset factory settings

That was doing the same thing to me, but I put it in the charger and tried it like he said in the video 🤣🤣 then it worked

You need to go into your Apple account and make sure you have your password, if not reset it
