I'm 3 for 3 right now! Studying for BEC as we speak. I just came across your cost acct videos which are way more entertaining than my $2k study program. Thanks for all the help!

I hold a Bachelor’s degree from an ACBSP-accredited foreign institution and am interested in becoming a CPA in Florida. Could you please clarify the eligibility requirements for CPA licensure in Florida given my academic background?

At least in my jurisdiction, I think you need I think 27 “upper level” (3000+ level) accounting courses or in your total 150. That means you need to take classes for 21 upper level accounting credits. This will satisfy that requirement and well beyond your total 150.

What an extraordinary list of red tape, and with every state having its own version you are locked into your state and can't move about freely to greener pastures. No wonder CPAs often feel so overworked and can't find sufficient replacements.
