It’s interesting because when you put the strings that Leo Fender intended on it, it is miraculously in tune. I’m using a set of 12 flat wounds and I have no problems. I think when you use lighter strings, there is not enough downward pressure to make the system work effectively.
i love this series of releases, they're all so relaxing. thanks for another track Charlie 💚
Another good one. I’ve always been intrigued by this dreamy tune. Never tried it, but maybe now I will. Thanks again.
Good morning and thank you for this music. So good.
Another gem! 💖 "I Thought About You" next? 😉
Nice Campilongo rendition
Jim and I go back like 30 years! That’s my dude. However this is a Billy Strayhorn tune. Does Jim do this? He rules
Sounds so good, levels and levels deep... The guitar, yeah, but what amp? :D
It’s a two rock signature 35.👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼🤌🤌🤌🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
@@OfficialCharlieHunter Sounds so dope. Love the bassy sag.
...I imagine a CD called "mustang music" ?🤔🤗
Do you have flatwounds on that beautiful Mustang? What are you playing through? So Noir... I love the vibe❤
Flatwounds! Yes. Thomastik 12-50. Best ever
Hi Charlie, are these 1966 Fender Mustang Songbook videos your own arrangements or where can I find them?
It’s pretty much just off the top of my head. But I’m more or less just playing through the tunes.

Instead of releasing an album you should just let us support you by setting up contributions
Definitely
My first electric was a Mustang. I hated the trem because it constantly went out of tune. I guess I should have embraced the out-of-tune-ness.

Such a nice vibe, such command of the instrument…..thanks
