Dang, love this. How did you like Future Redeemed? I thought it was probably one of the best games in the Xenoblade series with how it handled progression. It did an amazing job with its cast despite having a much shorter run time than the base games. Also, do you think you'll eventually make a chart for Future Awaits (the ending song)?
I loved Future Redeemed! It also made me understand that the base game is supposed to stand on its own without the previous games. I'm not very good at charting songs with vocals. I was actually thinking of doing New Battle!!! or Cent-Omnia Region next.
@@m__two9829 Yeah, I appreciated that the base game didn't require you to know much of the previous other games, while the dlc was clearly made with the past two games in mind. But even then, the dlc story still manages to bring its own elements and themes without getting overly caught up in the fanservice to the past games. Matthew was an amazing protag, and the chemistry he had with A was hilarious while also decently developed. Even more sidelined characters like Nikol and Glimmer had great roles to play, serving as the inheritors to Shulk and Rex and tying the theme of acknowledging/respecting the past while moving onto the future. Both New Battle!!! and the Cent-Omnia Region themes are bangers, I'd love to see those charted!
@@xsonicdragon yeah honestly I wouldn't mind if it was even its own game. Xenoblade's dlc has always been a big upgrade from the base game and I hope that doesn't stop.
