I have these and the Sennheiser Momentum 3 the Engine 4 aren't too far behind for just sound quality alone they are pretty close. For the price they are a steal I needed to swap out the tips though 😬

The highs in Fetty Wap and T-Pains music will blow out your ears with these buds. I love my Engine 4s!

I'm ordering Engine 4's right now over my WF1000XMF4's because my running sweat is literally killing my Sony's and I don't care about the features other than maximum sound quality.
Engine 4 are great (love them to enjoy pure music)
You might want to check out Tozo Golden X1, they have all Sony features but better aware mode, silicone tips and better IP rating for sweat.
I ran a half marathon in the Tozo Golden X1 and they performed great.

Does soundpeats have other offerings that's similar to the engine 4 but with anc/transparency?
I think they have an older generation of buds that were similar, check their website I think it was the “hs mini”
You could consider the between 3 anc if you want similar sound w/ anc

I like everything about the xm5 except the sound. If they put the sound of the xm4 in the xm5 they would have been great. I like the engine 4 but I like the Opera 05s better.
You should compare the soundpeats Opera05 to the sony earbuds. Opera05 is around $80 I think, they have anc and pass through mode.
Honestly thinking about it, let see if I can get the to send me a pair for review

I just bought the Opera 5s and have some reservations.
But are they better than $30 IEMs? Because if you're going to push some crappy TWS strictly on sound quality, then why not go whole hog and push an IEM like the Kiwi Cadenza or 7hrz Salnotes Zero? Saying the $60 is better than the XM5 is stupid.
NGL, I’ve got zero experience with IEM besides some SHURE ones I started using a week ago to edit my videos (audio is my weakness rn) BUT gotta give credit to the Engines when I want to drown out the world and enjoy my music no BS

@@RetroKidLol. what's your problem? i have IEMs. but to be honest good IEMs are hard to drive and needs DAC. So the cadenza and salnotes zero are not actually better than a good TWS. Engine 4 is actually better than cheap IEMs with it's legit customisable EQ. I'm carrying airpods pro and engine 4 as my daily driver. When I'm in my audiophile mode then that's the time I use my IEMs. So before you tell someone stupid please do your research first. Engine 4 have dual dynamic driver with a battery which can power the EQ. Funny how stupid people always say stupid to other people.
@@gordlord6738 the whole point was hyperbole. It's frustrating as a consumer when someone uses such high praise for such a mediocre product. "It's good for it's price range" doesn't make it actually better than something more expensive. It's just logic.

SoundPeats Engine 4 application is pretty weak, but headphones are cheap so you can't expect much. Have SoundPeats Engine 4 but wondering if they will last more than a year.
Now Engine4 on aliexpress costs $25.28. I sold the first ones and regretted it. Now I bought a second pair of the same headphones. They have drawbacks. They constantly fall out of my ears. They press a little in the auricle and after 40 minutes my ears start to hurt They have very poor, unresponsive controls. But all these shortcomings are made up for by the sound quality. It is truly excellent.
Does changing tips help?
It helps ofc , after changing new experience. You need to use big size for these instead of medium, but not tips which goes deep inside ear canal!

Im really pissed when my wcf700n got cooked after using just for 4 5 months , many times the earbuds only working on 1 side and the other is not so i have to reset it many times and it fixed until now my right earbud is completely dead and after this happen i searched on google for what happen and wonder am i the only one facing this issues, its happen so many ppl facing the same problem as i am even the expensive one like 1000xmf, after find out so many ppl have the same problem i think i have to find a new pair so i bout this engine 4 its surprise me its original sound is not that perfect but after the help from soundpeats app its sound is very the same as wfc700n the bass the midrange i have to give engine 4 a score and i hope engine 4 not get cooked after using for 4 or 5 months 😢

I'm upgrading from my AUKEY t10 earbuds to to the Engine 4 even though it's bit expensive in my country (70$) but I think it's worth it

I am sorry, but the moment you advertise Sound Peat send them to you for review, it already give a red flag. The Sony XM5 is being sold by millions with 4+ stars rating on Amazon. I've tried the Peat and the sound isn't as good as Sony and no, I am not saying it because it cost 5x time more, it just fact.

@@Fredo.heavyy i'm currently using the 1more evo and tozo golden x1. the sound cannot be compared to the evo at all. anyone who claims that the e4 is better than the sony is an idiot and has absolutely no idea. and the price of the e4 has risen from 50 to 75 euros since I bought it 10 days ago ... world of idiots and influencers ... 😅
sorry ... i would like to correct my comment slightly. what the e4 do better than the x1, the evo or the sony is the transfer rate with ldac. the e4 manages the full 990kbps. my x1 and the evo only manage 330kbps without dropouts. but the x1 and evo still sound a bit more dynamic and i think the sony too ... the running time and price are the advantages of the e4 ... 🕊️

@@Fredo.heavyy i'm actually looking for cheap buds because i listen to a lot of music (11 hours a day) and I can throw the things away after 7-10 months. that's why I'm currently testing the tozo tonal dots (32 euros) and the tozo crystal buds (35 euros) ... i think these could be good buds in the lower price range. i'm pretty surprised after 10 hours of play. both have very long running times and a good sound for everyday use. then i can also make a compromise between price and sound. i wish you a great year 2024 👍🕊️
