Hi kirit this chapter focuses on antibiotic treatment. Brolene is not an antibiotic, the main ingredient is propamidine isetionate 0.1% which is a disinfectant/antifungal. The brolene antibiotic 5% active ingredient is still chloramphenicol hope this helps answer your question kirit.
@@preregshortcuts6899 But still an option for children under 2 years as Optrex is not licensed for children under 2.Personally I recommend bathing eyes with warm water 3-4 times a day as first line treatment!
