Look at the difference in 12 years??? Same $2000 Canadian dollars in 12yrs but ghc4000 to ghc22000. Mahama 6yrs and Akoffo Addo 8yrs. What kind of bad leaders managing our country's economy???
Germany has systems for doctors to report people with bad eye sight to the DVLA at the point of diagnosis. Ghana doesn’t have those systems in place so an eyesight test every 2 years should be mandatory.
I do support it if the 2 years renewal will help and reduce accidents because as one of the brothers said the systems in Germany cannot be compared to that of Ghana.
