Delthea Seasonal Alt! As she is one of my favorite fe characters I will say I love how cute and warm she feels here! I'm glad she got the honor of being the first unit literally having too long of a weapon description that she cute her skills in 2 parts in announcement video lmoa! I also want to mention that fact we got a very adorable Maria alt, she deserves more love honestly!

Maria is so innocent... I love her! Her voice really does remind me of Lyn's. Henry reminds me of myself when I was younger, and his attitude towards the bunny ears is so open. I wish I was as open about wearing costumes like his. Meanwhile, Sonya and Tharja are so funny together, and they make me laugh all the time. Wish I also summoned Delthea but I didn't... oh well :(

The moment I found out this VA did both my favorite Naruto character and favorite FE girl back in 2017, Stephanie instantly became my #1!

I live for the interaction between sonya and tharja, but at the same time I search only delthea because like their kit is like my nemesis kit, I hate skills that require allies to be near another.
I see Intelligent Systems is still fixated on directing Stephanie Sheh to give Tharja those out-of-character sultry tones. I enjoyed the dialogue between the two, but there were times where I almost couldn't tell Sonya apart from Tharja.

Not as young-sounding as the Japanese voice, but still appropriate. Every appearance after, Tharja has sounded raspy, sultry, and sometimes haughty, and it's really been putting me off the character...

I guess you could argue that she's from the timeline where Robin is male but IS barely reinforces a timeline unless it's a certain theme (like L Corrin being the Conquest Corrin) or it's the MU themselves. It just feels like they're saying a girl can't be obsessed with another girl 😕
They just missed hard on Tharja's English voice tbh. Does she sound youthful in JP? Maybe a bit, but most of all, she sounds very shy and awkward. EN carries a confrontational(almost aggressive?) and kinda sultry vibe, that just doesn't exist in her originally. She is the quiet and weird emo girl archetype. Keeping her voice low, is distant from others, and with a complete lack of social skills (why she acts so weird around Robin, she just doesn't know what to do with herself.). So, she comes off as way more "cute", kind of the type of shy but weird girl you want to protect, and her voice reflects that. For the most part, Awakening team did good on the characters, but Tharja and Henry are both huge misses.
Anime characters are always young for some reason. She's likely the same age as Maribelle and Sumia judging by their Japanese voices. She can marry Ricken and Donnel which is why they made her that young. I am going for Maribelle/Ricken and Tharja/Donnel in my main post game file.

Tharja was always straight. They have not even tried to hide that male Robin is the canon one. Fates did a bit better with Corrin, but even there, it's pretty obvious male Corrin is also the canon one (though they use female Corrin more because she is more popular, cause u know, booba and feet). The only avatar so far they managed to make pretty much genderless is Byleth, but they are also the most boring ones (seriously, zero personality). Even in Awakening, they changed her dialogue with the female avatar to not be romantic. So yea, very straight. HOWEVER, despite this, in the Japanese voice lines, they did keep it genderless. Robin is just referred to as "that person" (in this context, special person).
