I owned a gym for 22 years and my brother was Mr Arizona he trained the people that wanted training and the best way in all the years are work out the top on one day then work out the bottom on the opposite days then once you get things where you are pretty much going into the right direction then you work out special parts of your body. Especialy at an older age . Your bones still age in a normal way which is they are not as strong . But you need to be taking a good regimen of vit and minerals . No one wants to see you wrek😮 yourself why would we.
