My first fitness goal was to swim a mile in a pool without breaks. It took me 8 months to get there and as a side effect I lost 52 pounds. But I started quite a bit fatter than EJ is.

Ej hates anything less than 50$ bets. Im telling you there is ultimately no difference in betting 25 to 50 . If the machine is going to pay you then it will. Ive seen a many times people wont even get hand pay on bonuses betting OVER 50$ . Ive seen multiple times people hit grands on 50cent or 1$ bets. I myself bet 5$ to to 25$ and have had many bonuses kick out over 5 grand on those lower bets..
So how about completing a triathlon successfully with a time limit. The three events can be pull-ups, running a mile and an agility course or something along those lines. Just a thought ❤

Also to built muscle you need to work the weights to failure and eat tons of protein. It’s a scientific fact you’ll gain muscle this way. Especially as a beginner. You can even be in a calorie deficit and build muscle while losing weight as a beginner
not just the regular one though, it needs to be either the Navy Seals or the Rangers fitness test. it has to be difficult, and the regular Army fitness test would be way too easy for him to achieve by the end of the year.

EJ - Join HIIT - it works ALL of your body. You will improve strength and, more importantly, functionality. Cardio and core are important for overall fitness, and HIIT will help you improve that as well. If you do it regularly, you will be surprised how fast you will improve.
