Your hair looks nice. I am glad I found your channel. I used to think I could not wear a wash n go. When you had that wash n go series. I have been wearing wash n gos for a while now. I am trying a twist out this week.

@@NaturalRaeRae It came out good. I used the Eden Bodyworks Coconut Shea leave in and curl defining cream. In the beginning of my natural hair journey I wore my hair in two strand twist. I used to use eden body works.

I also use a loc sock or a long buff tube and sleep on a satin pillowcase.
I love those wrist bands. I would have water all over the place without them.

I'm not sure of the brand of bonnet. I've had it for years and can't remember where or when I got it.

Thank you for the tips. A question, if you moisturize your hair, do you use the same leave in that you use for your wash and go or any other one that you like? Im always worried about flakes.
It depends on if the leave-in I use doubles as a moisturizer, if it does, I tend to use it. If I use it strictly as a leave-in, then I'll use a moisture milk to remoisturize my hair. Here is a video where I use a milk to make my hair bigger since it was really flat: th-cam.com/video/18vXZ3UBy70/w-d-xo.html and here is a video where I just need a little moisture and I use the same leave-in that I styled with: th-cam.com/video/LZKGMzn-GT0/w-d-xo.html Neither gave me flakes. Hope this helps.
Has your hair reached its max length, or do you trim it to maintain the length?
My hair is growing. The more it grows, the more it coils. If you look back, you can see the growth. I do, however, trim regularly to maintain the shape, not necessarily the length. Hope that helps.

Is the loc soc hot? I'm a woman of a certain age and find some bonnets hot.
I don't think the loc soc it hot, but we're different. I have the same issue sometimes with bonnets, so I would suggest that you just sleep on a satin pillowcase. That's what I do, so if for some reason I get hot in my bonnet, I can take it off and my hair is still protected because of my pillowcase.

@@Phistea86 any satin pillowcase will do. I picked up a few from amazon to match my sheets, and then others were sent to me. I don't have a favorite, they all work pretty much the same. Just pick up one off of amazon or go to your local store and get one. Hope that helps.
