I'm in love with your flower arranging!! You have such lovely touch. This vlog with the gentle harp music was AMAZING! Loved every second of it. Thank you so much
Dear Josie, I just have to comment on your beautiful gardens and your border and your lawn is the most beautiful color green your home and the landscape is something out of a dream. You and Charlie have done a spectacular job. I just love it. I think if I live there I'd never have to leave the grounds and I can't believe your gardens, your vegetable gardens and how beautiful everything looks. I know you work hard to make it that way. You should be proud of yourself because it's breathtaking 🥰
I’ve always thought where I live (the west coast of Scotland) is beautiful but, seeing the area where you live Josie, makes me think of how very lucky we are to inhabit such glorious countryside and that I should appreciate my local area as much as you do yours 😊
I am also from West of Scotland but now live just down the road from Josie. Cotswolds is not a patch on the West of Scotland in terms of beauty. West of Scotland 100% wins for me due to the countryside and seaside mix, plus the island views!
@@lynseycobden203 You have to remember that the famous beauty of the Cotswolds isn’t specifically through its natural landscape (like the west coast of Scotland), but through its *architecture* ; i.e. hundreds upon hundreds of perfectly preserved villages and towns built in warm honey-coloured Cotswold stone. Of course the countryside of the Cotswolds is absolutely wonderful too, but the gorgeous historic architecture of the region is without a doubt the standout feature (and why it is visited by so many tourists). There are plenty of areas in Scotland with a much more dramatic natural landscape by comparison, but certainly no Scottish region that can come anywhere even close to matching the Cotswolds in terms of beautiful historic hamlets, villages and towns.
@@tamaracarter1836 Yes, I also know this, as I live in the area. West of Scotland still wins for diversity of architecture. It’s a bit wilder and unplanned. I’m surrounded by honey coloured cottages and to be honest. Once you’ve seen one, you’ve pretty much seen them all. Most Cotswolds villages aren’t wildly different from each other. The gardens are beautiful though. Frankly, the area is a bit overrated and is getting more pretentious by the day. Wasn’t like this when I moved here. You are entitled to your opinion though.
Darling Josie, today's video was like a balm to my aching soul ❤ It was so relaxing to sit back and watch all of that cooking and gardening and flower arranging and the book content! Absolutely LOVED it ❤ Have a nice weekend, Josie ❤
What a lovely, soothing and inspiring vlog. Thank you as always for sharing your life with us. Loved the evening walk. Paradise. And will be ordering the book after I type this.
Hi Josie your garden is so beautiful and your vegetables are doing so well. Those dishes you cooked looked so delicious. We are in Winter at the moment very cold, so my garden which is very large is a bit neglected. I love watching when you are in the garden. Thanks Josie really enjoyed.💜💜
Love and look forward to your vlogs! You have created a mystery for me. Your garden takes my breath away it is so perfect. Yet every time I watch you having a coffee, breakfast alone, or working, you are facing the wall, and not facing out to view your magnificent summer garden, with flowers, bees, green green grass, dogs playing, birds chirping, It is idyllic and summer is short! Enjoy every minute, and sit on the other side of the table to take in the beauty!...except, of corse when you want company to enjoy the view. Much Love!
I’m going to England for my holidays in July and will be in the cotswolds for a couple of days.Going to visit daylesford and some of the villages you have mentioned I will have to manifest meeting you that would really make my holiday 😍
Just had to say this was a soothig vlog! The last shots of you in your two piece in the garden with Charlie in the background and then ending with the doggies in the fields, just lovely
Beautiful parasol Josie. A good few companies now doing really gorgeous ones. I do think they elevate a garden, as well as providing much needed shade.
Hello Josie, Broad beans? They are best sown in November “Aquadulce” is the variety to buy, but you must keep the tops pinched out to avoid blackfly attack. The tops can be steamed as a vegetable, so no wastage, but left alone the blackfly will damage your crop. Hope this helps!
Why why would you make apologie for Your bare and post workout face? This is not a healthy signal. We should embrase our nutral looks. Please do not do this anymore. Wonen and men than think it is not normal to look like that.

The kitchen garden is looking fabulous - I think quite a few if your young plants didn’t survive this year because if the straw mulch you covered the new veg beds in - I think they suffocated a bit - I know you have removed most of it now - and am sure your veg plants will pick up now - ❤️
